Melbourne...and the day goes...

Day 7


9.00am - We went to Docklands to meet up with Chin at his place.



Nice one!! Nice scenery, good amenities...


10.40am - We started our journey with chin driving us around with his Toyota Aurion! Nice car!!

11.05am - We stopped at BP petrol station to refill petrol. We bought some muffins as Chin has


yet to take his breakfast. Luckily we took ours back at Marshal's place. But we still ate!

1.00pm - The journey took so long...we were hungry!! Chin took us to Lorne and we have a


fantastic Fish & Chip. We ate at the park facing the sea!Gosh...so beautiful with the sea gull


around...waiting to be fed! =P

Our journey continues. I was having a great headache! The coastal road was rather windy. Oh


the pain was so terrible that i feel like vomiting! So I left with no choice but slept! Chin drove so


fast!!


4.00pm - Oh...Finally we have reached the Great Ocean Road!! The scenery almost caught my breath! It was so beautiful!


The journey definitely worth all the headache and time!! Something cannot be missed


when you are in Australia!! Check out the pictures and you will know what I mean by


God's wonders!!

Alright...we were hungry...AGAIN!! Time for dinner...

5.00pm - We started our journey back. This time using the country road. Thank God! Guess


they pitied me after I complained bout my headache! We saw a lot of animals including wild


Kangaroos and even fox! They were just on the road! Amazing. All the way back, we saw a lot of


farm animals...they were so beautiful! My first time in country farm!!

Okay...time to head back to the city for dinner!!


9.00pm - We reached the city rather late. After much discussion...we decided to head to Victoria


Street for some Vietnamese food. We ended up at Thanh Tam. Chin ordered Rice Vermicelli


with Tangy Tomato, Dear ordered Broken Rice with Shredded Pork while I ordered Cambodian


Rice Noodle Soup. I ordered Cambodian food in a Vietnamese Restaurant!! Haha. Lastly we


ordered Pancake with prawn.

10.30pm - We headed back home. Thanks for the ride Chin! What a great day!!




Day 8


We were suppose to go to Luna Park. Unfortunately, it was raining the whole day. something


unusual in Melbourne. We aborted the plan. We laze around at home. We had a great time with


Marshal's family especially his amazing kids, Victoria and Ethan! They were so adorable. Ethan


was rather cheeky!!


1.00pm - Marshal took us to Superstar Restaurant for Dim Sum. Who said dim sum in Australia


was bad?? It was wonderful! A lot of varieties!! Me and Dear simply love it!

3.00pm - We went to Westfield to shop around. We managed to buy a tripod. We need it so


much as we already planned to go Ballarat tomorrow. We also bought chocolate from Koko Black


as suggested by a friend.

7.00pm - As for dinner...we were so blessed to taste Marshal's pizza....
